Peer Group Training – Caring for a Child with Behavioral or Emotional Disabilities

This training creates a supportive space for caregivers to explore the unique stressors associated with caring for a child with behavioral or emotional disabilities. Participants will discuss common sources of stress, reflect on real-life caregiving experiences, and learn practical strategies for stress reduction. Through guided discussion and peer sharing, caregivers will exchange effective coping techniques and gain new tools to support their own well-being while caring for their children.
