Rudi Jackson is a servant leader who brings more than 20 years of experience working with at-risk youth and families. Rudi has worked as a foster care Social Worker where he was responsible for placing and monitoring the placement children who were placed in the custody of the local department of social services. He has also worked for a private child placing agency where he developed a thorough knowledge of the child welfare system. Rudi founded a nonprofit youth development organization that provided mentoring services for at-risk youth who were the children of incarcerated parents. He graduated from Virginia State University with a degree in Public Administration. Rudi has served on the Local Human Right Committee and as a board member of two non-profit organizations. Rudi enjoys kayaking, traveling to the Caribbean and exploring the DMV.
