IMPORTANT DETAILS FOR ATTENDEES
Event Date: Saturday, December 9, 2023
Time: 11am – 2pm
Event Location: Kellogg Conference Center, 800 Florida Ave. NE, Washington, DC 20002
Parking: There is a garage nearby after you enter the gates, go left and then right, and you’ll see a garage straight ahead.
What to Expect: Families will enter the gated event, park in the nearby garage, and then walk towards the balloons to the main event entrance. Once there, they will check in at the registration table and receive their table number and event details. Families are then welcome to go place their items in the dining room at their appropriate table and then exit the dining hall to enjoy fun activities in the hall. Activities will begin at 11 am and continue until 12:30 pm, when lunch will be served. Families will enjoy a short presentation while enjoying their meal and then play an exciting game of Kahoot! Right after, a DJ will play music, and everyone is welcome to dance or continue doing the activities in the hall.
RULES:
1. If you need to bring a service animal, please contact FAPAC at Info@dcfapac.org or call 202-269-9441 ahead of time.
2. All attendees are expected to respect one another, and FAPAC reserves the right to escort any attendee out of the event due to misconduct.
