A monthly support group that provides a safe place for foster, kinship, and adoptive parents to connect with their peers. Participants are encouraged to discuss the rewards and challenges of caring for children in foster care. The group is open to all foster and adoptive parents, kinship caregivers, and legal guardians parenting children through the DC foster care system. Support groups occur on on the last Wednesday on each month, unless it is a holiday.
